Gemelli's Barmaid double lever corkscrew . The patent was granted for a bottle opener, not for the corkscrew, even though the patent drawings show a double lever corkscrew. The Barmaid has the bottle opener at the mouth like most of the Gemelli family. This piece is in nice condition and is marked "MADE IN ITALY" with wordings in several languages on the back side.
