Unusual combination kitchen tool consisting of a plated steel handle with folding corkscrew with a long adjustable leather strap which can be tightened, presumably for opening jars and bottles. The handle has a slot in the top, probably for opening glass bottle tops.It is marked “Master Eze Opener, R. E. Collier, 957 Umgeni Rd Durban, Pat 53.22793, others pend.” This is a 1955 South African Patent.
